Returns Policy

Returns are accepted and you will be refunded we would expect you to arrange your own courier to return the goods to us on “small items.” 

The goods in question must be packed in the original packaging and not used.

The cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Please do not sign for goods if damaged and make sure you inspect all goods prior to signing a declaration that you have received the goods in good condition, when in fact they are damaged while in transit, as we cannot claim for any compensation if this happens.

Returns on machinery will be subject to a 10% surcharge as well as delivery and collection charges will apply, this will be charged at our discursion and deducted from the original payment on refund. These items must be returned in original packaging and not used.

Jansen machines cannot be returned, we can arrange a buy back service on any of there machines please contact for further detail.
